Özata Shipyard was established in 2002 in Altınova, Yalova, and has since evolved into a modern facility. Located on a 60,000 m² site, it builds yachts, mega yachts, passenger ships, SAR boats, carbon fiber catamaran ferries, and military vessels. The shipyard has an annual steel processing capacity of 20,000 tons and can construct ships up to 30,000 DWT. It features carbon fiber production infrastructure, including a woodworking shop, fiber cutting workshop, a 2,000 m² climate-controlled hall, and 10,000 m² of enclosed production space. With its innovative structure, Özata continues to contribute to the industry.
